स्वामी जी के अनुसार इस संसार मे ऐसा कोई व्यक्ति नहीं है जिसके मन मे साधारण विचारों की उत्पत्ति ना होती हो, लेकिन उन विचारों पर नियंत्रण करने के लिए व्यक्ति को श्रावण मास मे भगवान शंकर की आराधना करनी चाहिए।

 सनातन परंपरा के संतों में सहज, सरल और तपोनिष्ठ स्वामी सत्यमित्रानंद गिरि का नाम उन संतों में लिया जाता है, जहां से कोई भी पद या पुरस्कार छोटा मिलता है। तन, मन और वचन से परोपकारी संत सत्यमित्रानंद आध्यात्मिक निजी के धनी थे। उनका जन्म 19 सितम्बर 1932 को आगरा के एक ब्राह्मण परिवार में हुआ था।
